Datacard Sp35 Plus Drivers
I bought a Datacard SP55 Plus with USB connectivity second hand and am not able to detect it on 2 different computers so far.I can install the driver, but the thing is not getting detected. When you plug the power cable into the printer, does the status light initialize (displays colors) and then show steady green / ready to print?
Did you install the drivers prior to connecting the USB cable?I would examine the AC adapter to make sure that it is correctly matched for this printer and is providing the correct voltage required by the printer. I would also use a multimeter to confirm that the AC adapter is indeed outputting this spec voltage.
